Return Policy

Unused items purchased from Rivaled are eligible for a return, exchange, or online credit if returned within 15 days of receipt and in the same condition it was sent to you. Rivaled reserves the right not to issue a refund or store credit if the merchandise is not returned in the condition it was received, with proof of purchase, within 15 days of delivery of the merchandise to you.

A small number of discounted items, gift certificates, personalized items, and other items may be marked “FINAL SALE” or “NON-RETURNABLE” (as indicated on the product page before placing your order), in which case they are not eligible for return, online credit, or exchange.

To ship an item back to Rivaled please:

  1. Email customercare@rivaled.co to indicate whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s) and provide the reason and proof of purchase. If you have the tracking number please provide it at that time;
  2. Pack up your original item(s) and include a note in your package with your Order Number, Full Name, and Email address;
  3. If exchanging or returning, you will be provided with a discount code equal to the value of your purchase to be used for a new item of your choice or a refund - only once Rivaled has received the item and ensured that it was returned in its original condition. You can checkout for a new product in the same way as your original purchase and enter the discount code at checkout. For refunds you may need to allow several days for it to appear on your credit card statement.
  4. Mail your package to Rivaled Returns. Shipping (both to you and for any applicable return or exchange) is the customer’s responsibility. In the event that Rivaled provides you with a prepaid shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit amount.

Risk Of Loss:
All purchases of merchandise from Rivaled are made according to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and ownership of the product(s) pass from us to you once the applicable product(s) are in the custody of the carrier. In the event of a loss, please reach out to us at customercare@rivaled.co and we will make every attempt to help locate your package.

Rivaled’s ultimate goal is for you to be satisfied with the product(s) you receive. But if any products offered or received by you are not as described and you are not satisfied with them, you may return or exchange the product(s) pursuant to the Rivaled return policy.
